Fee for rental of this facility:

Corporate or Individual over 100 Guests:               $300, tax included

Private Individual:                                                      $100, tax included

Rental fee and $50 security deposit (separate checks, please) are due at time of reservation.  This amount will be retained if the yacht club is not cleaned properly after the function.  Please see attached check list for details.

Fee includes:  Use of clubhouse and all utilities, grounds, and restrooms.

Renter supplies:  Food, beverages, ice, cups, all paper products, silverware, garbage bags, dish towels, tablecloths, etc.

Please note the following:

ÿ        A NLYC member must be present at all times during the event.

ÿ        Members and their guests must follow all yacht club rules.  This includes, but is not limited to:

-          All children under 5 years of age must wear a life jacket when on the pier.

-          Members are responsible for ensuring the no one under 21 years of age is served alcoholic beverages.

ÿ        Please be respectful of neighbors regarding noise level, etc.

ÿ        The bar cannot be used unless arrangements are set up in advance.

CONSISTENT WITH ARTICLE IX OF THE NAGAWICKA LAKE YACHT CLUB, INC. BYLAWS OF THE CORPORATION, THE UNDERSIGNED MEMBER HEREBY AGREES THAT SAID MEMBER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE NAGAWICKA LAKE YACHT CLUB, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, BOARD MEMBERS AND JUDGES FROM ANY AND ALL FORSEEN OR UNFORSEEN CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES) FOR ANY LOSS OR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) TO PERSONS IN ANY WAY RESULTING FROM THE RENTAL DETAILED HEREIN.
